Order Process

Step 1

Choose Your Design

Browse our range of bespoke designs and collections on our website. Find a style that works for your wedding.

Everything is customisable including colours, size, graphics and typography.

Step 2 

Make an Enquiry

Please get in touch through our contact forms on our website or email directly to tietheknotdesignsireland@gmail.com

Please include as much detail as possible about your wedding plans and what you are hoping for with your stationery. Be sure to include your wedding date and expected numbers also.

Step 3 

Receive a Quote

Once we receive your enquiry, we will carefully draft you a personalised quote. This will include a breakdown of each stationery item’s individual cost and delivery fees.

We will answer any questions you may have at this stage and offer recommendations on style, colours and finer details.

Step 4 

Start Your Order

After receiving your quote, if you are happy to proceed with your order, a 40% deposit of the total amount is required. This allows us to source required materials and ensures efficient time to design any custom elements.

Once your payment has been received, we will confirm your order by email receipt. We accept payments by bank transfer.

Step 5 

Receive Digital Copy

We will now confirm all the information about your wedding details is correct and once your designs are complete, we email you a digital copy for you to view. If any changes are required, simply email us a list.

Please note that your response time is very important to ensure your stationery can be ready on time.

Step 6 

Approval & Printing

Once happy with your designs, your final payment will be required at this stage.

We will email you a confirmation of receipt and start printing your beautiful wedding suite!
